FLINT, Mich. (July 1, 2022) – RICH Kids, Inc. is proud to present the 7th Annual Flint Water Festival, being held July 1st – 4th at Flint’s City Hall.

This year’s festival will be just as amazing as the prior years, and it has a ton of activities for all ages to enjoy! The newest addition to this year’s Flint Water Festival is Camp Hydrate. A 2-day student athlete endorsement prep and combine camp that includes hands-on activities by some big-name sponsors such as the Detroit Tigers, the Detroit Pistons Dance team, and the NFL Players Association. Also on the list of participants is RICH Kids, Inc. Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) Award Recipients; Hunter Dickinson (basketball – University of Michigan), Ziyah Holman (track – University of Michigan), Caleb Smith (football – Ferris State University), and LaNya Bates (softball, University of Memphis).

On July 4th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Beats x Beers and Community Foundation of Greater Flint (CFGF) will be hosting a Beats x Brunch Fest. In the evening, the Flint Symphony Orchestra will be joined by Tony, Emmy, and Grammy award nominee and “Power” actor Brandon Victor Dixon for a performance filled with classical hits and a melody of songs from Hamilton, Silk Sonic, and Bruno Mars.

Other community sponsors include Flint Registry, CFGF, the Flint Institute of Music, 98.9 The Beat, and the City of Flint.  “For the first time in Flint’s history, we are hosting a carnival reminiscent of days past. I am excited and want to encourage residents to come out and enjoy the events with their families in a safe, family-friendly environment,” said Mayor Sheldon Neeley.
